  • BUSINESS MANAGER (BM)

    This candidate will be able to lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business, will be responsible for all aspects of managing and motivating the team, have a good project and management skills.

  • TAX ANALYST (TA)

    Required Skills include multistate tax compliance, strong tax research skills, possess strong organizational skills, ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results.

  • CLIENT MANAGER- BUSINESS SERVICES (CM)

    Perform Client Managerial duties in Plano, TX. Will be responsible for acting as a point of contact for MyTaxFiler's clients in accounting, taxation and payroll areas including interacting with clients and responding to the various accounting and taxation queries of the clients; review and finalizing complex tax returns for small/midsize corporates, partnerships, non-profits and individuals clients; analyzing tax returns to prepare strategies for tax planning and projection reports for high net worth and small business clients; reviewing and finalizing financial statements for small/midsize corporations, partnerships, non-profits and individuals; analyzing financial statements and assisting individual clients with financial planning including identifying financial challenges and opportunities; setting up annual and long-term goals; and advising clients on major financials decisions recommendations and adjustments when needed; educating the start-up clients on incorporation of an entity including registration, tax planning, accounting and licensing requirements; drafting responses to the tax notices and representing clients before IRS and local tax agencies to deal with tax notices and related issues; reviewing employment tax returns and handle and represent payroll notices related issues for clients; acting as a liaison between clients and MyTaxFiler Tech Team for MyTaxFiler software troubleshooters and suggesting modifications to the existing system as per the client requirements and latest changes in the regulations; conducting tax training sessions for the Tax Preparers and Account Executives; and conducting webinars/seminars and write blogs to educate the clients on existing and changing regulations.

    Requirements: Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Accounting, Accounting Control Systems, Taxation, Finance, Business Administration with concentration in accounting or closely-related degree with an EA license and three years of experience in Accounting or Taxation or closely related jobs to include working on taxes (including tax returns and tax planning) for corporates and individuals, financial statements and financial planning.

  • CLIENT MANAGER - BOOKKEEPING AND PAYROLL

    Act as a single point of contact for the assigned clients and perform complex Book Keeping and Payroll/Employment Tax work and other strategic work related to employment tax planning and client management. Will be responsible for: The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • - Act as a single point of contact for the clients and deliver with more accuracy;

    • - Review quarterly employment tax forms such as 940, 941 and 944 and filing;

    • - Review year end W3, W2, 1099-Misc, 1096 and filing;

    • - Assist clients with their queries on book keeping, and payroll processing;

    • - Establish and maintain relationships with customers, and provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter;

    • - Handle employment tax controversies, interact with federal and state tax authorities to resolve employment tax issues and guide the client through the entire resolution process;

    • - Perform e-filing tasks as per schedule;

    • - Help Managers ensure that Book keepers produce quality work products by providing just-in-time side-by-side coaching to them and help them better understand the practical application of the employment tax Compliance Process, enabling tools and tax laws and regulations to their specific engagements;

    • - Participate in meetings with Top Level Management and thereby forming sub committees for the value addition of any process;

    • - Work closely with the manager in in maintaining relationships with the management of our clients;

    • - Conduct training sessions for the Book Keeper and Account Executives; and

    • - Conduct webinars/seminars and write blogs to educate the clients on existing and changing regulations.

    Requirements: Masters or a foreign equivalent in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Business Administration with concentration in accounting or closely-related degree and two years of experience in accounting/taxation positions or closely related jobs to include working on financial statements (bookkeeping and bank reconciliation), employment tax returns for corporate clients, incorporation of entities and employment tax planning.
